About - Paul Griffiths

I first qualified as a coach in 2006 - Cricket and in 2009 achieved FA Level 2.

Paul is Head Coach and Welfare Officer at Tadworth Cricket Club, but has also delivered structured coaching at Mynthurst, Newdigate, Caterham, Outwood, Sutton, Reigate Priory, Horley, Dorking, Nutfield and for Surrey Cricket and football Horley Town Football Club and Albion in the Community (Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club)

Paul enjoys coaching all ability from 5 years old to senior professional, and in either ball sport - Cricket or Football.

Paul's coaching philosophy is summed up concisely in his tag line(s):

This I adopt in all my training and coaching.
